About Kim
Kimberly Leoffler joined the AccuWeather TV Network in December 2020 as a National Weather Reporter/Multimedia Journalist.
Some of Kim's most memorable experiences as a reporter have been covering severe weather events including tornadoes and hurricanes. She's always touched at how communities come together after disasters and feels honored to be able to tell their stories.
Before joining AccuWeather, Kim was a Reporter/Multimedia Journalist for Spectrum Bay News 9 in Tampa, FL and KLTV in Tyler TX.
She graduated from the Annenberg School of Journalism at the University of Southern California. As a student, Kim had the opportunity to work in a number of different newsrooms throughout the country including NY1 in New York City and NBC News in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
When she's not reporting, you can find Kim checking out new dance and fitness classes and spending time with her family and friends.
