About Anna
She previously worked at WCPO, the ABC affiliate in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was a weather and traffic anchor as well as a reporter. This allowed her to get out into the community, which is also her hometown, to share the impactful stories of those who live there. She also had the opportunity to forecast everything from snow to heat waves and severe weather.
Anna's news and weather journey started at Ohio University where she graduated with a degree in journalism and worked for the PBS station on campus. From there she made the move to Boise, Idaho, where she learned about forecasting for the Treasure Valley and the mountains farther north in the state.
Cincinnati may be home for Anna, but she has a special place in her heart for Syracuse, New York, too. This is where she spent her elementary school years and learned to love lake-effect snow. While snow sledding in the winter was fun as a kid, shoveling her car out of a parking lot when she returned as an adult was not.
Outside of work you can find Anna reading, at a workout class or listening to some of her favorite music artists like Taylor Swift.
